Important Note: After making your payment, please check your junk or spam folders, as the design files may be directed there, especially if this is your first order.
Terms of Use: Under no circumstances may the digitized designs be shared, sold, traded, or reproduced in any way. The design files are licensed to the original purchaser only. However, you are permitted to sell finished items created using these designs.
Please Note: These are digital embroidery designs, not finished products. You must own an embroidery machine and be familiar with transferring files to your machine. We cannot provide technical support for transferring files to your computer or USB. Ensure you are comfortable with this process or have someone available to assist you.
Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive your design email and add our email to your safe sender list. It is your responsibility to understand your embroidery machine’s hoop capabilities and sewing fields.
Refund Policy: No refunds are available as per our policy. We are unable to provide advice or support for specific embroidery machines or software. For such inquiries, please contact your machine dealer or manufacturer.
