Refund and Returns Policy

At Beestitch, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.

1. Digital Products (Embroidery Designs)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital embroidery designs are final. Once a design is purchased and downloaded, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are available.

If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing the digital product, please contact us at info@beestitch.co.za, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

2. Physical Products (Machines and Accessories)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of any physical product from BeeStitch. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your machine or accessories, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return Eligibility:

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@beestitch.co.za with your order details and reason for return.
    • We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
    • You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@beestitch.co.za with pictures of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. For physical products, if you wish to exchange a product (such as for a different model of embroidery machine or accessory), please contact us at info@beestitch.co.za. Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital embroidery designs (as they are immediately downloadable).
  • Used or damaged products that are not in their original condition or packaging.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the product arrived damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
