Please remember that this product contains digital machine embroidery files, not a finished embroidered product, iron-on patch or physical item.
To use this design, you will need a compatible embroidery machine. You must also know how to transfer embroidery files to your machine.
Before purchasing, please check your machine’s supported file formats and maximum embroidery field. This will help you choose files that are compatible with your machine.
Although Beestitch Digitising can assist with questions about purchased design files, we do not provide machine-specific technical support for USB transfers, machine connections or embroidery software.
If you need assistance with these processes, please contact your machine dealer or manufacturer.
Downloading Your Design
Once we have processed your payment and your order is ready, you can access your embroidery files through our order fulfilment process.
If your order email does not arrive, please check your spam or junk folder. Also, remember to add orders@beestitch.co.za to your safe sender list.
If you pay by EFT, you may email your proof of payment to orders@beestitch.co.za. This can help us verify your payment more efficiently.
Terms of Use
When you purchase this design, you receive a licence to use the digital embroidery files.
- Use this design for your personal embroidery projects.
- You may also sell finished physical items embroidered using this design.
- However, sharing, reselling, trading or distributing the digital embroidery files is prohibited.
- Modified versions of the digital embroidery files may not be distributed.
Furthermore, the licence applies only to the original purchaser. You may not transfer the digital files to another person.
